Privacy policy
Player one, we ask you for nothing: no sign-up, no cookies of our own, no tracking across the web.
What we hold
There are no accounts here and nothing to fill in. The web server keeps standard access logs: your IP address, which pages you open and your browser type. We keep them briefly to run the site and to see which pages get used. A light or dark theme choice sits in your own browser's local storage. It stays on your device.
Cloudflare
Every request to rustleaderboard.world goes through Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the site. Cloudflare processes visitors' IP addresses and may set a security cookie of its own when it checks for bots. That cookie is Cloudflare's, not ours.
Fonts
Fonts are served from this site. The exception is the force wipe countdown, whose country flags come from jsDelivr, a public code and font host: fetching that file sends jsDelivr your IP address and browser details. No Google service runs here.
Cookies and analytics
We set no cookies of our own. No analytics script and no advertising tracker. We build no profile of you. We do not sell or share anything about visitors, because we hold nothing to sell. If you would like to advertise, the advertising page covers it.
Server data
The scores on the server leaderboard are what public Rust servers publish to the public server list and answer to direct queries: names, player counts, settings, descriptions and images. None of it concerns individual players. Counts are totals, not lists of who is on. What one server shows is on its page, as in this example, and the live player count page explains how scores are counted.
